Phase 1 study comprised of open-label, dose escalation and expansion cohort study of
P-CD19CD20-ALLO1 allogeneic T stem cell memory (Tscm) CAR-T cells in subjects with
relapsed/refractory B cell malignancies

This phase II trial tests whether loncastuximab tesirine works to shrink tumors in patients with marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), a type of immune cell cancer, that has come back (relapsed) or become unresponsive to one or more treatments (refractory). Loncastuximab tesirine is composed of an antibody, called loncastuximab linked to a chemotherapy drug called tesirine. Loncastuximab attaches to specific proteins in the cancer cell and delivers tesirine only to the cancer cells because of this antibody. Ultimately this results in cancer cell death only without exposing normal cells to the tesirine.

The goal of this clinical study is to learn more about the long-term safety, effectiveness
and prolonged action of Kite study drugs, axicabtagene ciloleucel, brexucabtagene autoleucel,
KITE-222, KITE-363, KITE-439, KITE-585, and KITE-718, in participants of Kite-sponsored
interventional studies.

The goal of this clinical study is to compare the study drug, axicabtagene ciloleucel, versus
standard of care (SOC) in first-line therapy in participants with high-risk large B-cell
lymphoma.

CB010A is a study evaluating safety, emerging efficacy, pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity
of CB-010 in adults with relapsed/refractory B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma after
lymphodepletion consisting of cyclophosphamide and fludarabine.
