A Randomized, Phase 2/3 Study to Investigate the Efficacy and Safety of RP2 in Combination With Nivolumab in Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor-Nave Adult Patients With Metastatic Uveal Melanoma
Melanoma
Melanoma
The purpose of this study is to measure the clinical benefits of the combination of RP2 and nivolumab as compared with the combination of nivolumab and ipilimumab in patients with metastatic uveal melanoma who have not been treated with immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy.

Study of AMXT 1501 and DFMO in Combination With Standard Therapies in Advanced Solid Tumors
Melanoma
Melanoma
This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary effectiveness of AMXT 1501 and DFMO when combined with standard treatments for advanced solid tumors. The trial includes two groups:
* Cohort 1: Patients with ER+ / HER2- breast cancer receiving fulvestrant and capivasertib
* Cohort 2: Patients with unresectable or metastatic cutaneous melanoma receiving pembrolizumab
The Phase 1b portion will find the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D). The Phase 2 portion will further evaluate clinical activity at the RP2D using response criteria for solid tumors (RECIST 1.1).
The study will also evaluate pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, disease control, and overall safety.

Nilotinib Plus Dabrafenib/Trametinib or Encorafenib/Binimetinib in Metastatic Melanoma
Multiple Cancer Types
This is a phase 1 dose-escalation study of nilotinib in combination with fixed-dose dabrafenib and trametinib regimen for patients with metastatic or unresectable melanoma carrying a BRAF V600 mutation and have relapsed on a BRAF/MEK inhibitor therapy. The goal is to assess the toxicity and tolerability and determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD)/recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of the combination of nilotinib with dabrafenib and trametinib or with encorafenib and binimetinib. Additionally, this study will assess pharmacokinetic parameters of dabrafenib and nilotinib when used in combination.
