Profile
My research laboratory is focused on understanding how cells in the healthy and diseased brain control their proliferation and their ability to make the different cell types of the brain. We work with basic researchers, medical researchers, and neurosurgeons to study stem cells in the normal brain and stem-like cells in multiple brain tumor types.
